Basically in a nut shell one year ago in June an autistic child wandered off. This is normal for austic children. In fact many law enforcement are starting to get special training in dealing with this, many parents as well. but lets be honest here, children get out.
In Abbortsford Canada however, the CAS which is the Canadian cps decided that Derek Hoare had to many autistic kids, he has 3 kids, two are autistic. He worked tirelessly to keep them safe, but without a prior investigation CAS decided to seize Ayn from school.
It has been more then a year that she has seen her dad.
The government has taxpayer funds at their disposal. Derek does not. Derek needs help to hire a lawyer to save his kid.
There are people who think cps had a good reason do what they did and thinks Ayn coming home is a bad thing. But there was no abuse on her. Please do not blindly think our governments only do the right thing.
There was no abuse at home and they can't take care of her with out drugging her. Also it's pretty much confirmed by an insider that they get paid to drug kids.
that's all I can say on that matter. Please consider that and please help.
oh if you are broke we tossed about the idea sending art to sell. I'm sending one of my sketches.
please consider this.

okay we are ticked but remember to use proper etiquette. yeah its bullshit but it may mean the difference between your email going in the recycle bin and your email actually getting read and percolating in their heads as they sleep.
**update**
not out of the woods yet though. Ayn isn't home but the MCFD now (after 42 days) has an autism expert. Ayn is still denied visitation from her family but her meds have been cut back and she is showing improvement. and thanks to the expert they have decided not to put her in a juvenile psych ward. however they may back peddle if they think we are backing off so lets continue the fight.
though things are better she still should NEVER have been taken and this can happen to anyone. bear in mind Bill Clinton's well intentioned adoption incentives allowed for corrupt people to get paid a lot of money by exploiting the system, lying their asses off and getting kids taken from their families.
**newer update**
they changed their tune from "Ayn can come home if you submit a care team." and the parents did but they will approve the plan if they sign Ayn over to the ministry.
Ayn is back on those 3 drugs, no one in her family has seen her. We are not certain she is well. they are stalling they've saying for over two weeks that Ayn's mother cannot see her because she needs a social story to acclimate her to the woman she's known since birth.
it is our fear, that they plan to keep her as a guinea pig for risperdone. her human rights have been violated and no one cares. seriously I think certain top officials are getting kickbacks for the kids they test it on and the only way for it to stop is to sue the pharmaceuticals that make it.
Derek Hoare whoa lots of comments to catch up on, thx. as per her drugs: 2mg of risperdal is guaranteed, as a PRN (if she get agitated) Chlorpromazine up to 150mg (75x2) and seroquel of which i have yet to be told the dosage. i'll read all the comments now
to put it in perspective, canada is not the only place abusing parents and kids.
174 children aged 6-12 in the care of the state were taking five or more psychotropic medications at once.
in 2003 a Florida Statewide Advocacy Council study found that 55 percent of Florida's foster children were being administered psychotropic medications. Forty percent of them had no record of a psychiatric evaluation. Another Florida report also indicated anti-psychotic medication use increased an astonishing 528 percent from 2000 to 2005.
**end update**
Child advocate groups may be formed to help protect children in the system, but if they are only figureheads made to look look like they are helping but don't then they must removed and replaced.
It is very common for children to be over medicated in fostercare. It can serve a few purposes actually. one it makes the kid quiet, docile unable to protest. two it makes them special needs so the foster family gets a bigger stipend, and if it does damage them over time it makes them worth even more money.
All the good social workers and good foster PARENTS (only the good people deserve the title of parent btw) none of you should stand for this. I don't care how much of a caseload you'll get after this, if you see this corruption you need to stamp it the fuck out. this is your careers being defamed by people like me because of people like them! We are terrified. We are terrified of YOU because of THEM. We can't tell you from them. We won't let you in, we may not allow you to talk to us. We fear you. We fear our kids being ripped away and drugged, and beaten, and starved, and raped! The worst part is you have the law on your side.
but we parents and our kids have rights too and I'll fight to protect them.
Rise up with us and fight to save you, the kids and the parents, hell, save the world! change the law to stop this kid sale. Change the law to help non abusive parents get a better chance of saving their kids. Fight against the people that knowingly falsify documents or purger in court. fight for prevention to help people become good parents. fight for education of rights.
Will you have more restrictions? probably... will it be harder? its possible... but will parents have their newborns ripped from them for being poor? or military wives be threatened with loosing their kids because they *might be depressed*? or beaten ex wives loose their kids because their ex spouse wanted to make them pay? or a mother looses her kids to the state because for some reason her own mother hates her enough to call child welfare continuously? whether you believe the stories of terminated parental rights or not, working in the system can you honestly tell me with about absolute purest truth, that you have never doubted foster care was better then the home life of the kids you take away?
think about it.
what should have happened was that the social worker should have talked to the father, made him aware of his rights, offered in home nurse's help, dental care, and checked the home. Instead they decided to take her.
she is trapped in unfamiliar settings. she still cries and holds her father's picture. her family is still denied access.
if she were crying 18 days straight at home MCFD would probably be well justified in taking her away. but this is happening under their watch and its their doing. who does MCFD answer to?
RCY is, unfortunately, useless, and they work hand in hand with MCFD. I am told that they must receive the complaint from the child.
its laughable showboating to make the world think "oh they really care about children and families."
the child is held hostage in 4 ways. She cannot complain to them. She is held hostage first by autism, then by the MCFD as they control everything; who she talks to, what she is told. next she is held hostage by the fact that she is a child. children are easily manipulated this is why children cannot vote in major elections, cannot sign legal contracts, and are generally not believed. Children cannot often tell the difference between the abuse you can report and the abuse you have to deal with. Especially autistic ones with no one to turn to. its not the child's job to protect themselves, it is OUR job to protect them. We are the grownups. We know right from wrong.
Christy Clark will tell you that she has faith the child's best interest is being held in high regard.
She wants her daddy, she loves her mommy. She has neither. they won't let her have them. Who's best interests are really being served?

JUSTICE FOR AYN! JUSTICE FOR ALL!
Improve Autism Little Ayn
Ayn is just a little girl, taken from her only world.
Little Ayn is only nine, but yet they have her doing time.
In a world she does not know, they still refuse let to Ayn go.
If we could only make them see, the best thing is to let Ayn be.
Her family loves her very much, now not even a loving touch.
Little Ayn needs their hugs, not those so called calming drugs.
She needs her family more than ever, this family tie they shouldn't sever.
Little Ayn must be so scared, there was no way to be prepared.
Little Ayn needs to know, her family will not let this go!
So PLEASE help undo this wrong , for little Ayn it has been way too long....

Plea for Ayn
My name is Derek I am a single father of three wonderful young children, aged 9, 10 and 11; my youngest two have both been diagnosed with severe autism. Though a constant and challenging struggle, I have done my best to protect and nurture them, as I love them so much and have dedicated my life to their achievement of happiness. My youngest child is a bright and beautiful little spitfire named Ayn. She has and is blossoming so well here at home and has come so far to overcome her obvious disability, she does however continue to struggle and outburst when in other environments, particularly at school. Ayn is naive and unaware of the dangers that exist in the world at large, so when on Sunday June 12th she escaped the backyard we were very worried for her safety. With each passing moment the likelihood that something terrible had happened increased, as Ayn should stand out from other children easily and should have been quickly spotted. Fortunately Ayn was discovered two doors down playing in a neighbours backyard, the neighbour had taken an afternoon nap which provided Ayn with the ability to play undisturbed. The challenges I have faced in caring for my daughter have been encompassing and life altering, these challenges are very dynamic and new challenges arise as fast as the old one depart. Now with her discovery of the neighbours nearby trampoline and pool, she will undoubtedly seek to return there, vigilance will be required to face this new found challenge, but it is one which I must now face just as I have with each prior challenge and as i would have to with our future challenges as well. As it stands today I may never get that opportunity. On the morning of June 16th two workers from CPS arrived at my home to request that I "voluntarily" give Ayn over to them (she was at school at the time), if I refused they would simply coercively remove her. There should be no illusions here when someone approaches you and says "give me your child or i'm taking her" you should not pretend that any such choice would be done "voluntarily". Within hours of her removal Ayn had hospitalized and drugged with powerful neuroleptics, one of which at double the maximum daily dose. Her whereabouts has been concealed from me, due to me refusing to sign the voluntary agreement. And I will not be given the opportunity to argue before a judge as per why this was a wrongful removal for months. After twelve days of hospitalization, in which the hospital noted "no bruises or evidence of physical abuse and her body status showed no evidence of neglect" , and "Initially there was some suspicion of ADHD along with autistic aggression, but this dissipated as Ayn improved...". The hospital insisted on discharging her (june 28th), she is now in foster care awaiting further hospitalization as the Ministry has waitlisted Ayn for a longer term residential based psychiatric assessment. My little girl is autistic, she does not require a psychiatric assessment, I am aware that she does not understand the dangers that lurk, I love her and I protect her, when Ayn has a tantrum at school it is me they either call in to calm her or send her home to, when she is injured it is to me whom she turns because she "needs a bandage". The greatest successes this little girl has had were nurtured in the home, she loves it here, she loves her brothers and she loves her Dad, It is my firm belief that if our system of child protection has reached a point where a happy thriving child who was not abused and in no need of medicating, can be coercively removed from their family, forcibly medicated within hours, denied access to that family punitively, and the family is given no redress for months potentially years; then we are indeed facing a systemic problem. A problem which unfortunately is not confined to my city or province, nor even my country, for these acts are playing out around the world. Please help me get my little girl back and to address this issue in such a way that it never affects another family again.
I would be forever in your debt,
Derek (July19th)
